PUFFS, Or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years At A Certain School of Magic and Magic by Matt Cox

For seven years a certain boy wizard went to a certain Wizard School and conquered evil. This, however, is not his story. This is the story of the Puffs... who just happened to be there too. A tale for anyone who has never been destined to save the world.

Actors ages 10-18 are invited to audition.

Audition dates: Saturday, September 4 & Saturday, September 11. 10AM-1PM

Performance dates: October 8, 9, 10, 15, 16 & 17 at Arts Live Theatre.

Based on the best-selling novel by J.R.R. Tolkien, The Hobbit follows Bilbo Baggins, a quiet and contented Hobbit who rarely leaves the comforts of home. When a powerful Wizard and a band of unruly Dwarves show up on his doorstep, Bilbo’s world is turned upside down as they whisk him away on an epic adventure to reclaim their mountain home and the treasure within it.

Actors ages 10-18 are invited to audition.

Audition dates: Saturday, September 25 & Sunday, September 26

Performance dates: November 5, 6, 7, 12, 13 & 14 at Arts Live Theatre.

HAMMERED:
Thor and Loki 

As Thor struggles with the stress of final exams, his brother Loki finds himself under a different sort of pressure. Neither are beneath pranks in the endless competition for their parents’ favor. But underneath all the thunder and mischief, these two Princes of Asgard discover a bond that will last millennia.

Actors ages 10-18 are invited to audition.

Audition dates: Saturday, December 11 & Saturday, December 18.

Performance dates: February 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13 at Arts Live Theatre.

A plane wreck strands a group of English boys on a deserted island during wartime. As they slowly explore their new-found freedom, what starts out as fun and games turns into a vicious battle for power when the boys split into two opposing tribes: one that strives for civility and another that delights in savage violence. The competition escalates into a dangerous, frightening climax, as this thrilling classic looks into the darker parts of human nature where it’s civilization vs. savagery and the mob vs. morality.

Performance dates: March 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13 at Arts Live Theatre.

A dramatic play for young audiences, Laura Ingalls Wilder: Voice of the Prairie is based on the true story of this great American author. From The Little House of the Prairie to her fascinating rise as a literary star, this play brings insight to the beloved children's books and celebrates a remarkable life! The play unfolds with actor led scene transitions and fluid story telling. The play is one act and spans Laura's life from early childhood to her older years. Dramatic and heartfelt scenes that depict the extraordinary survival of life on the prairie.

Actors ages 10-18 are invited to audition.

Audition dates: Saturday, February 26 & Saturday, March 5.

Performance dates: April 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 24. Location TBA.
